Seddon Tape Number 74
Number 74 of approximately 350 cassette tapes rescued from Captain Seddon’s previous domicile: Datchet Cottage. In this tape, Maurice presents an audio letter to a solicitor regarding an incident in 1988 in which he took a duvet to a laundrette for a service wash and encountered Jesus Christ. Followed by Schreechenrauf from the EP Anna Russell Sings? played at the same time as Stay With Me by Lorraine Ellison. Ode by John Furnival and Gentle Fire on a flexidisc issued by Ceolfrith Press in 1971 to accompany an exhibition in Newcastle. (A Slave to my) Emotion by Maria de Janeiro 1982. Prelude a la Main by Georges Gabriele and Caravaggio (Opus 108) by Denis Dufour, both from 2000.
