Transport Racer
Adham Fisher in the studio, discussing his ambitions to travel on as many London buses as possible within 24 hours. Adham has achieved notoriety, fame even, as a practitioner of transport racing (his term), mostly by travelling on tube trains and metro systems internationally. We start with Flanders and Swann’s “A Transport of Delight”, then Adham’s choice of a bus related track by The Human League. “Bus Driver” by Muddy Waters, “Three Wooden Crosses” by Randy Travis followed by a snatch of “Magic Bus” by The Who.
